Man charged with second drunk driving charge 15 minutes after first DUI charge.
58 year old Robert Brodnick, of Washington, Pa., was arrested September 19, 2011 and charged with drunk driving. Law Enforcement let Brodnick call a friend to come pick him up, as he would deal with his first DUI charge later in court. Unfortunately, just 15 minutes later, Brodnick was charged yet again, with a second DUI that night, when he was seen driving again by the same officer who initially arrested him.
Allegedly, Brodnick's blood-alcohol content was over double the legal limit. According to police, Brodnick was originally released to the custody of a "responsible party" but that person must have dropped Brodnick off at his vehicle minutes after picking him up from the jail.
