After pleading no contest to drunk driving charges in Santa Monica, actress Jaime Pressly was sentenced to three years of probation. Pressly was also ordered to attend a six-month alcohol education class. Additionally, Pressley will be required to have an ignition locking installed on her car, as required by the Department of Motor Vehicles. While she just recently entered the plea and was sentenced, she was originally arrested for drunk driving on January 5, 2011. Her blood alcohol content was more than .20. As in Kansas, the legal limit in California is .08. Pressly is a former star of the TV show "My Name is Earl."
