Justice has prevailed for high school principal, John Westmoreland, in Orange Park, Florida.
On September 10th, he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. According to the deputy who pulled him over, Westmoreland was driving erratically and failed field sobriety tests. When asked to submit to a breathalyzer test, he did so willingly. Twice, in fact, since the first time he blew a .00. The same results were obtained from the second breathalyzer, so he was asked to take a urine test.
Now, the results from the urine test are finally in and have come back negative. This case is one example of many where a person could fail a sobriety test without being under the influence of drugs of alcohol. If you have been charged with a DUI, it is very important you retain a knowledgeable attorney immediately.
