Disney Celebrity Investigated for Drunk Driving

Hannah Montana, a.k.a. Miley Cyrus isn't the only Disney celebrity sullying the Disney image. Mitchel Musso was investigated for drunk driving, this past Sunday, at 3:43 a.m. after being pulled over for failing to slow down his Mercedes Benz. Apparently, police officers directed him to do so as they were attempting to regulate traffic issues from a previous wreck in the area. Musso is a Disney star for the shows Hannah Montana, Pair of Kings, and PrankStars. Law enforcement smelled alcohol on the underage actor after pulling him over and Musso then blew over .08 on a breathalyzer.

Hannah Montana now has someone else in the Disney world to compete with as she was already named worst celebrity influence by AOL's JSYK.com. On the other hand, perhaps Musso gets a top not DUI defense lawyer and beats the allegations. It will be tough though, as he was under 21 in the first place.
